Rentals are confirmed only when we communicate confirmation to you directly and any required deposit, agreement, and signed waiver are completed. Availability, equipment, and pricing are subject to change until confirmed.
2. Rental Waiver & Safety
All rentals require a signed liability waiver and rental agreement before use. The waiver is available on this website and at delivery. Inflatables and foam equipment must be used in accordance with the safety rules provided at setup, including adult supervision at all times, rider limits, and restrictions on food, drink, footwear, and rough play. Failure to follow safety rules may result in termination of the rental without refund.
3. Weather & Site Conditions
For everyone's safety, rentals may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled due to high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions, at our discretion. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate setup area and accurate site information (surface type, access, utilities). We may be unable to set up, or may need to adjust placement, if site conditions differ from what was described.
